timeout for script runner listeners

Hi

I'm getting timeout for script runner listeners,

In the catalina.out log I don't see any errors

How can I start debug it ?

I'm using JIRA 6.3.6 and script runner 3.0.6

Hi,

We just experienced the same behaviour, where you able to solve it?

TIA,

Wilfred.

'solved' it by:

  • remove all canned scripts from server
  • restart scriptrunner plugin (disable/enable)
  • check scriprunner pages (buildins, listeners) via add-ons page: should be working again
  • moved canned scripts back

No idea what the cause was for all of this, maybe some corrupt cache entry (although clearing caches for JIRA and groovy didn't help)

Wilfred.

Did this stay fixed after a JIRA restart? Once we restart we are back in the same boat. Another solution that works for us is to touch all of the files under the /scripts directory prior to opening the Script Listener admin console. Have you seen anything on a permanent fix for this issue?

Our final solution was to remove all listeners and recreate them. Still works after a restart.

I have the same problem. I can't add any custom listener.

Jira: 6.4.3 Script runner: 3.0.16.
