There are only 2 support level. Supported and Unsupported.

Supported

  • The add-ons developer will provide support to the add-ons.
  • For add-ons developed by Atlassian, Atlassian will provide support to it
  • For add-ons not developed by Atlassian, Atlassian will not provide support to it. You need to get support from the developer itself (you can click on the supported label to identify the developer's support link)

Unsupported

  • Basically, as its name suggests, you will get no support at all
  • However, you can try to ask questions related to that add-on within the Atlassian Community (this one) and see if anyone within the community knows the answer
  • Additionally, you can refer to the developer homepage or documentation link at the bottom of the marketplace page for that add-on to get some further details

The rest below are just labels as explained here.

  • Atlassian Verified
  • Data Center Add-ons
  • DATA CENTER
  • JIRA SERVICE DESK

I'm afraid it's hard to expand on what the document says.

These are not "support levels", there's no hierarchy in there, they are descriptions of who supports certain types of add-on.

A supported add-on is one Atlassian will try to help you with.  An unsupported one means that they will generally tell you to go to the vendor.

Data centre and Service Desk are applications provided by Atlassian (Data centre refers to four applications and the two Jira applications)
