We did an upgrade from Confluence 3.5.9 to 4.3.2. The plugin: svgweb4a is throwing an error:

Yes. I tested it on 4.3 and it does not work. I am unable to find anything that comes even close to what svgweb4a offers on 3.5. Still searching...
Adding svg to MIME types seems like the only solution at the moment.
We are desperatley waiting for the update as well....
