sumup dashboard total different from filter total

Hi,

Using sumUP average in filter and it returns 3.33 i just got it working on the dashboard using the same filter and its returning 2.87 , both return same number of issues 387 not sure whats going on?

Hi Thomas,

SumUp is using the index to calculate the sum or the average, if you didn't chose the "Not indexded Value" option in the sumUp configuration for this field. Maybe you can perform a reindex and it will work correct.

Do you have the different values with a custom field or or a standard field? Are the calculated page average the same?
