When you configure the mail handler, you normally specify a Default reporter. The issue or comment will be created with this user as reporter or comment author if the sender is not authorized.
JETI will log the name or email address of the sender in the comment and in the new email audit log (Emails issue tab panel).
In case neither the named default reporter nor the sender has permission to comment the issue, the email is not processed and forwarded to an email address.
This email address is configured with the mail handler as "Forward Email". See details in the mail handler documentation.
