Hello,

I installed rally connector plugin (pluginawesome) with a trial license key. I am not able enable it. Looking into the logs it gives following error. Can you please help out?

Hi,

Could you give me more information?

Are you using Stash or Bitbucket Server? Which version?

Abhinav Sharma October 23, 2015

I am using Atlassian Stash v3.11.2

Looks like you are trying to install Rally Connector v4.0.0 (for Bitbucket) in Stash. Please download version v3.2.2 (for Stash) and try again, or try to install via Universal Plugin Manager. https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/com.pluginsawesome.stash.plugins.rally-connector/versions Let me know if you need more help, Thanks.

ok that worked, I was using wrong version. However I am trying to connect to sandbox version of rally and don't have capability to create api keys. Is there a way I can use credentials instead of rally api key to connect?

Unfortunately Rally Connector does not support rally authentication via user/pass credentials. But we could try to solve this, by adding a new authentication option. Probably it will not take more then 7 business days, Sounds good for you?
