"a" (assign) shortcut not working in GreenHopper board

Adam Łukaszczyk August 6, 2013

When you enable this plugin it disables "a" (assign) shortcut in JIRA. When you press "a" key nothing happen.

When you disable plugin shortcut works correctly as it should.

Although the plugin is great. But assign shortcut is much more useful ;)

UPDATE:

I'm using JIRA v5.2.8 and GreenHopper v6.2.1 in Chrome, Mac OS. The plugin version is 1.1.9

And the problem occurs only in GreenHopper board.

Adam,

The described behavior is confirmed in GreenHopper boards and will be investigated.

The issue was reproduced In both FireFox and Chrome in Linux: assign 'a' hotkey doesn't work if "Attach Image for JIRA" is enabled.

Thank you for the bug report!

Have you tried using your plugin with GreenHopper ?

Problem is browser and OS independent.

GreenHopper with JIRA is working perfectly.

Only when you enable your's plugin the "a" shortcut in GreenHopper stops working.

So please check it more deeply.

Thanks for these details Adam. I'd probably say that the Greenhopper plugin is a good deal more useful than the assign shortcut. But more to the point, this sounds like an issue with your browser. Have you tried another mac?

Can you upgrade to a newer JIRA? You're unlikely to get bug fixes on old JIRA versions...
