"Your session has expired due to inactivity" Error

One of our users is getting the following error when trying to use All-in-One Reports:

"Your session has expired due to inactivity. Please refresh this page to reconnect."

Neither refreshing nor logging out and logging back in are resolving the problem. No one else is having any difficulty.

Can you tell me how to fix this?

Facing the same issue (different orga) in Safari, Version 9.1 (11601.5.17.1) on OSX 10.11.4. Working in Chrome Version 50.0.2661.102 (64-bit). Thanks!

Could you please let us know the operating system and the browser version of the user who is facing this issue?

Could you please also ask the user to try after clearing the browser cache?
