One of our users is getting the following error when trying to use All-in-One Reports:
"Your session has expired due to inactivity. Please refresh this page to reconnect."
Neither refreshing nor logging out and logging back in are resolving the problem. No one else is having any difficulty.
Can you tell me how to fix this?
