we are using the Cloud-based Version of JIRA and the plugin Automated Log Work.
This morning the "Start Time" Button didn't show up where it was before (next to the Start Progress Button).
The Trial period will expire on the 13th/Nov so I guess that shouldn't be the problem.
P.s.: Is there a possibility to assign the logged work time to a real user and not to the "Automated log work"-User?
P.p.s.: We tried to uninstall the trial version and reinstall it, unfortunately we get the error "The add-on failed to install. Please try again later or contact the add-on vendor." .

Thank you for the heads up. It is a global issue. Several other customers are affected and it also does not work on our OnDemand instance.
We are investigating the problem and will keep you informed. It is most likely caused by new Atlassian Connect library release. Unfortunately they are breaking things quite often and heavily. It is extremely difficult to write anything stable for OnDemand.
WRT work logged by a currently logged in user it is not possible at the moment due to Atlassian Connect limitation. Please comment following issue to help us make it working: https://ecosystem.atlassian.net/browse/ACJIRA-184
UPDATE: The issue has been solved and plugin works correctly again.
