"Script fields" not being updated when adding custom field type scripted

I have the script Runner plugin installed and I can create custom fields of type "scripted." When I create these fields they fail to show up under admin -> script fields.

The correct type is Script Field. Maybe "scripted" is provided by some other plugin?
