Hi Dave,
In the configuration screen (Administration / Manage Add-ons / Bug Watcher / Configure), you can configure who can have personal notifications selecting the events:
- configure the project role allowed to do that
- enable Notification Overrule in the projects
Combining both options you can better control this.
