"An error has occurred" when I try to open scriptrunner fragments

When I click on Script Fragments, I get a large red error box that just says "An error occurred!"

Just installed scriptrunning on cloud account, trying to test to see if it does what we need - anybody have any ideas on how to fix this? The first thing we need to try would be this.
