process emails as rich text

Hi, is there a way for jira (or email this issue as I have this plugin) to process the emails and create the description in jira keeping the rich text? 

we have emails received in rich text which we need to keep this way to identify things as they are highlighted, in certain tables etc.

at the moment it is only creating them as plain text
