problem installing plugin

Hi,

ive faced a problem while installing plugin for jira v4.4.3, the plugin is

JIRA Bridge for HP Quality Center

v. R2.5 for JIRA 4.0 - 5.2.9by Orasi Software, Inc.
the error i am given is the one as in picture here:

can anyone advise what do i do to fix this? weve not recieved any feedback from either atlassian or orasi....

It's pretty much what it says on the tin - the plugin can't be handled by the Universal Plugin Manager. You might want to try a different (older?) version of the plugin, and check the compatibility documentation carefully - your screenshot shows you trying to install r3.5 of the plugin, but your link says r2.5, so that's worth checking.

link was added directly from atlassian marketplace, not actual file in other words,

so is it possible to reinstall the component missing (jericho) or whole plugin manager?
