notification helper not showing issues

The notification helper and permission helper do not show any issues even though there are a lot there.

I found one plugin not enabled and I enabled it. Separate from that I looked at an issue and from the issue itself I looked at it via the notification helper and now that issues shows in the issue helper for the administrator. I looked at a second one the same way and the same result.

How do I get all of the issues in the notification helper without going into each one?

It seems to be caused by a bug, and there is no fix thus far. You can check on the bug ticket below.
