nFeed - external data in custom fields is skipping some of the data from csv file.

I am using nFeed - external data in custom fields plugin to fetch data from csv file . There around 7k data lines . While checking the custom field I noticed that some of the data is not appearing while searching in the field, though it is present in the csv file.

Here is the answer posted by Nicolas Simon in this ticket:

I assume this is due to the fact that the row number 6395 contains a single quote (value is: Pandora's Box:28252).
Can you edit the nFeed datasource and set a double quote (") for the Quote char parameter?

So, in your case, you should check what's your Quote char, and make sure it's not used in the CSV file for something that doesn't matche to a quote (eg. an apostrophe).
