jql : Fetch a specific custom field from linked issues

im using jira cloud and i see limited plugins

case:

i have regularprojects ; i have 1 project that tracks all exceptions on those regulars .

the exceptions team populate a custom date and link it to the regular project .

solution needed:

i need a report (jql)where i get list of all regular projects with linked exception tickets and that custom date

sorry for the confusion,

i mean issue created in exception project is linked with an issue in the regular project

Ok, the closest I can get is to simply list all your exceptions issues, and include the field "links" to show where they have been linked to.
