Hello Atlassian Community,
I would like to integrate Topdesk with Jira,
But this is the only piece of software i could find on the Topdesk side.
https://marketplace.topdesk.com/jira-integration-by-topdesk
And it needs a JIRACredentialsBase64...
But i'am not sure on how to get this part. Just like the TOPdeskCredentialsBase64.
If any of you guy's have any other thought, let me know.
Regards
Dennis
Here is an online tool for converting the credentials to Base64 format.
Please provide your credentials in the input as <username>:<password> and hit encode button.
Hello Mahesh,
Kind of thought of that too like 10 min ago :D
Thanks for sharing the same idee!

TOPdesk itself has an integrated Base64 function.
The Syntax is as Follows:
${_base64("<username>" + ":" + "<password>")}
This function is available in the action sequences module.

That's so great. Can you direct us to where I can find this in any documentation?
