issuetype=Epic and issueFunction not in hasLinkType("Epic-Story Link") - cannot find the hasLinkTy

I try to use this query and it compains that there is no hasLinkType function or I don't have permission to use it.

issuetype=Epic and issueFunction not in hasLinkType("Epic-Story Link")

If you are on Cloud, you need to activate issueFunction first. You can read more here:
