I get the following error

Could not find any issue link type with name: Epic-Story Link. Available link types are: Blocks, Cloners, Duplicate, Epic-Story Link, Epic-Story Link, Relates

I guess you have duplicate link type entry with name Epic-Story Link.

OK. How do I fix it?

Well, I am not sure how you managed to get two link types with the same name. Are they listed in JIRA-URL/secure/admin/ViewLinkTypes!default.jspa?

That is the problem. Now i just need to figure out how to fix it. Thanks!

Thanks Jozef... the error message obviously needs to be better here.

I had the same issue. This is a known bug with Agile. The only way to get rid of it is to go into the database and remove the duplicate link types. There is already a bug open for it here: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/GHS-10243
