Hi all, is there a function in jira service desk to track customer contract`s bucket hours. Or is there a plugin function for this.
Example: Contract with customer A has 100 billable hours. When an issue is created and an agent logs work under this issue, it will deduct from the contract`s 100 billable hours automatically.
E.g. Agent logs 5 hours,
100 billable hours - 5 hours = 95 billable hours left.
