import com.atlassian.jira.issue.IssueInputParametersImpl not recognised

Robbie Truss July 4, 2018

I am trying to replicate the functionality from this page

https://www.adaptavist.com/doco/display/F4C/iv.+Creating+a+issue+in+JIRA+by+submitting+a+form+in+Confluence

However when i try to reuse the custom endpoint script, the below import instruction states:

unable to resolve class com.atlassian.jira.issue.IssueInputParametersImpl

Do I need to import anything, or configure confluence differently to be able to import this class?

Any help or resources you can provide to help me understand this script would be greatly appreciated

Thanks

Hello,

Are you making this Rest Endpoint in Jira?

No in confluence

Admin > general config > scriptrunner > REST Endpoints

This Rest Endpoint must be created in Jira. And then you will call it from Confluence
