we are trying to migrate to Jira service desk from Zendesk.
For this process we are using JIRA import wizard in External System Import.
but their i have a issue of uploading attachments and communication tread to Jira.
(my aim is to download the attachment files/ and communication thread physically respected to each ticket and try to upload them in to jira System.
How can i achieve this
