I installed the ictime trial into our JIRA 5.2.4 instance and there's no menu appearing. There's nothing in the logs that indicates there's an error being thrown (unless I'm not looking for the right thing), and the plugin appears to be loading (it's there under Manage Add-Ons). We also had tempo installed as we were evaluating that, but I have tried disabling it.
Any ideas on what I can try, what logs I can provide to help resolve the issue and try ictime?

What permission is this referring to? I am a JIRA Administrator.
ictime uses the "jira-administrators" group by default, which we are generally not using as we are using LDAP integration and LDAP groups.
I added myself to "ictime-lifesaver" as per https://interconcept.atlassian.net/wiki/display/ICTJP/ictime+Permissions and added our "admins" group everywhere "jira-administrators" was present and the menu now shows up.
