how to use Confluence SSL Plugin?

i downloaded and enabled the plugin. But i still can't send email through live mail which requires SSL.

Hi,

In order to connect Confluence to an SSL-secured SMTP server, you need to configure your mail settings as a JNDI resource in your application server's server.xml (if you are using Apache Tomcat).
