Jedielson Nakonieczni February 3, 2015

Hi everyone.

I need to show complete data at Worklog Date and Planned Date attributes, when I export Tempo Timesheets data to Excel.

But the reports give-me only data information.

For example...

I have..

01/01/2015

I Want

01/01/2015 10:25:00.

Can anyone help-me?

Thanks for all!!

Adding a start time for plans is not possible in the current version of Tempo Timesheets but you can create a feature reuqest for this in our Tempo Timesheets Project ( https://tempoplugin.jira.com/browse/TT ) . You will need to create an account in our JIRA so you can create issues. When clicking the Log in link, use the "Create account" link to do so.

Hi,

Ok, I got it.

But, Do It works to Plan Time too???

And, when I set start time, I can put any value that I want, correct?

I just want to know exactly hour when issue was planned, then after, excactly hour when issue was logged.

So, I think if the report just export complete date at existing fields  Worklog Date and Plan Date, my problem will be resolved.

I tried to open an support ticket, but I can't. The application has returned an error.

Thanks gor your support.

Hi Andre,

to show the time of the worklog in the Excel export, you need to enable the "Log work with start time" feature in the Tempo Global Configuration. Worklogs made before you enabled this feature will show the timestamp 00:00 as this is the default value for worklogs. Please take also a look at https://tempoplugin.jira.com/wiki/display/TEMPO0711/Time+Tracking+Permissions+and+Validation for more information and note that the worklog timestamp shows only hours and minutes, not seconds.

Regards

Susanne (Tempo)
