formatting XML structure by the content of XML tags

Are You going support formatting XML structure of content ? E.g. I have XML tags in one line and want it format to more lines by the XML structure of XML tags.

No, that's out of scope of JIRA Syntax Highlighter Plugin. It's just doing coloring, not changing the content. If you need a tool for that, use an XML editor like XMLSpy or Eclipse before pasting into the issue in JIRA.
