Hi @Frank Polscheit!

A case was opened with Atlassian Support to investigate this problem.

We restored his backup on a staging instance over here and found out the problem with the es5-shim.map is actually related to Zephyr. That considered, disabling Zephyr gets rid of that error message.

Anyway, the problem with the Gantt-Chart plugin is still happening, but rather than a 404, it displays another error message, as you can see below:

"Message: values.fields.subtasks is undefined

As fast workaround: please enable sub-tasks within your JIRA instance: log in as user with JIRA admin global permissions, choose "issues", select "issue types > sub-tasks" and enable sub-tasks, there.

Within coming v3.2 of my Gantt-Chart, I will build-in handling of disabled sub-tasks. From a conceptional point of view, I regard subtasks as essential to split an issue into multiple parts but that may be different within other JIRA instances and ways of working.

I appreciate your feedback.

Kind regards,
Frank

HI there,we sue your plugin v3.1.9-jira6..i have 94 of 94 modules enabled..I even upgraded my jira 6.3.1 to 6.4.1 in the hope it would fix the problem..i would desperately like to use your plugin :)

looks like this file is a native JIRA file, and your plugin must be relying on method calling the file somehow. We have logged support ticket JSP-227751 with Atlassian to investigate, so far no real answers..I am not too much of a dev myself, but if this file was on a cdn and is not reachable to us, i doubt it would be working for anyone else, so the issue must lie somewhere else.

Hi,

"es5-shim.map" is not a file of my Gantt-Chart add-on: which Gantt-Chart version are you using?

Kind regards,
Frank
