We are upgrading from Customer Jira plugin for Salesforce from 4.5 to 5.2 (as we are upgrading Jira to 5.2 from 4.4.5). In the new version of the plugin the custom field "Salesforce.com Multiple Case" no longer exists.
In the earlier version this field was storing the Salesforce case key. Also we had customized Jira to use this key to update SFDC using our own listeners.
