changing issue status automatically when issue assigned comments Edited

Hi there,

So looking at your rule, what you are trying to do is this right:

  • When the assignee posts a public comment, then move the issue to waiting for customer?

So to check if a comment is public you can use this in the Compare condition:

  • First value: {{comment.internal}}
  • Equals
  • Second value: false

This worked perfectly and a lot easier than I thought.
