cannot enable Page Map in v2.0 as described in docs

I've just updated my Scroll Versions to 2.0, and I am trying to enable the Page Map functionality as described here: http://www.k15t.com/display/VSN/Creating+an+Export+Structure

However, I don't see the sv-pagemap module in my list of modules to enable, and I have all 131 of the modules listed in the Manage Add-on page enabled. Is this functionality missing because I am using a free trial currently?

Hi Melissa,

the pagemap functionality isn't available in the current release of Scroll Versions. I have deleted the wiki page yesterday, to end the confusion.

Nevertheless we are planning to overhaul the functionality after the release of Scroll Versions 2.1. Please watch or vote the corresponding issue in our JIRA-system: https://k15t.jira.com/browse/VSN-1026
