can't find ruby formatter

StellinaE August 15, 2013

I've followed the instructions in the documentation, and get this error: https://www.evernote.com/shard/s143/sh/af3f3148-83c3-4223-94a2-09d51f534d32/99fbb443021d66cf023debd9b3a55008/deep/0/Screenshot%208/15/13%203:50%20PM.png

Not sure what to do next.

Thanks.

I have updated installation instructions for JIRA Syntax Highlighter at https://bitbucket.org/hski/syntaxplugin-public/wiki/Home.

Hope this helps.

Cheers
Holger

Looks like you disabled the {code} and {noformat} marco of JIRA Syntax Highlighter Plugin by accident instead of the ones from Wiki Renderer Macros Plugin.

Please enable them again and search for the Wiki Renderer Macros Plugin to disable {code} and {noformat} marcos there.

You get this message, because you did not deactivate the standard JIRA wiki renderer as described below. Please have a look at the Installation section in the wiki. https://bitbucket.org/hski/syntaxplugin-public/wiki/Home

"Then go to Administration > Plugin and disable in the Wiki Renderer Macros Plugin the standard macro renderer for {code} and {noformat} (see screenshots)."

Maybe this instruction is too vague, but I hope you will find your way because of the screenshots?
