There is no example schema to download from this example, it's just an demonstration of what can be done using Insight together with the service desk.
What you can do is to follow the Insight 101 that is available in our documentation at https://documentation.riada.se/insight/latest/insight-101
Using the steps, you will in the end create custom fields and add them to the service desk.
