When i try to connect with zendesk connector this message appear:
Failed to establish connection to remote system
The request has been rejected by the remote system, please check your Application Link configurations for both the RPC URL as well as authentication details.
the weird is that was running well until 14 January..
the username, and pass for mcets login is correct,
the ticket sharing is correct..
please same help?
It appears you have fallen victim of Zendesk disabling version 1 of their REST API. If you have Zendesk support login you can see info about this here: https://support.zendesk.com/entries/38146053-API-v1-EOL-January-15th-2014-Starting-11AM-PST
I'm a bit surprised it affected your connector plugin as they reassured people that Jira integration would not be compromised.
