Hi all,

upgrading to the latest r4j add-on (requirements-3,2,1-19) fixes this issue.

Hi Jörg,

I did some research and haven't found anything specific regarding that error.

  • If you run the following query do you see any disabled add-ons related to R4J:
    select  * from pluginstate where pluginenabled = 'false';

In addition, during startup do you see any specific errors regarding this plugin during plugin startup?  Take a look and see if you see any additional errors that could be causing this issue.  If not, you may want to see if adding the following to Logging and Profiling and adding Debug Logging to it helps you isolate the error further:

com.easesolutions

Additionally, @Alvin Chan [Ease Solutions] or one of the Engineers from Ease Solutions may have additional info to assist with this.

Cheers,

Branden
