We use the "issue in approvedForApprovalStatus()" JQL function to identify issues that are ready for transition. Documentation says:

The issue in approvedForApprovalStatus() JQL function returns all issues having all approval requests in 'Approved' status

We are using Abstains, however, which allows transition but they do not appear in the JQL function.

So, my question is. How do I identify tickets that are ready for transition (meaning all approver responses are received, and they are all either Approved or Abstained)?

The two new JQL functions approvedOrAbstainedStatus() and myApprovedOrAbstainedStaus() allow identifying the tickets that are ready for transition because all approver responses are received, and they are all either Approved or Abstained.
