Zephyr upgrade pricing

Current setup: Jira Download 10 users, Zephyr 10 users

Our customer want's to upgrade to more users. I can not find upgrade price matrix för Zephyr on website.

Matrix needed to be filled out;

10 -> 25, price?

25 -> 50, price?

50 -> 100, price?

Customer has not decided on how many users they need. That is why pricing for upgrade is important. Let's say they choose 25 and then want's upgrade to 50 after a few months, what will be the upgrade price.. that is why they want to see a price matrix.

This will help us A LOT to decide what to choose and finally take the step of start using the product (Jira+Zephyr) fully.

Have you reached out to Atlassian yet about this? They 100% handle the purchasing of Zephyr for JIRA licenses. They are also the ones who set up the Tiered licensing system you are referring too. They will be able to assist better than us at Zephyr!
