Zephyr setup and getting started

I have trouble getting started with Zephyr. We have a free trial which is valid. Why can't I get past the "Loading add-on Zephyr for JIRA Cloud." ?


Both the General Configuration and General Information gets stuck on "Add-on Zephyr for JIRA Cloud is not responding. Wait or cancel?"

HI Camilla,

The error you see may be result of two cases, whether the plugin was not installed properly or the network filters that may be denying accessing Zephyr. If your JIRA is functioning well, try to reinstall the plugin and check if that helps. Share the information to your network team and ask them to allow zephyr through the network/proxy if there are any specific filters configured.
