Zephyr (on Jira) Test Case Import problem

I'm trying to use IMPORT utility for Zephyr and have problem right away on first step connecting to it on port 8080 like instructed .

Button <Connect> is not responsive and I can't get any connect confirmation or proceed with picking up my XML file. Can anybody help me with this export experience. We have Jira/ Zephyr in clowd, I can ping that URL and Tried to use this in format:

123.345.678.222:8080/rest        */ with and without http://  or https://

I also tried to use  <Is my port open> like http://www.canyouseeme.org/ util to check this port and see it closed...

Do you know how to fix/proceeed with exporting in thsi setup, I'm totally lost.

Hi There,

Apologies for the delayed response.

Most probably you are trying to import using the Importer utility 29 .jar file which is designed for the server version of Zephyr. Please follow the Knowledge base article on "How Do I Import Test Cases Into Zephyr For JIRA Cloud".The help document are also attached to the article.
