Zephyr downlading/trial issues

we are wanting to try Zephyr -- we think it will be beneficial to our company--BUT when we tried to trail it--it crashed our Jira--does the zephyr plugin depends on functions not implemented in our current jira install (according to the documentation there should not be a compatibility issue)? Was there a bad upgrade? We DO NOT want to repeat that fiasco.

Can you please send the the Atlassian JIRA log from your server to Zephyr Support? (support at getzephyr dot com). We'd like to review them and see what the cause of the crash was. Typically our upgrades don't cause crashes, so we'd like to know too and assist in your upgrade.
