Zephyr and ZAPI

Hi, i have a question about Zephyr and ZAPI.

I have installed both of them, but when i'm configuring Jenkins for Zephyr i'm receiving this message: Error Validating Zephyr for JIRA Cloud and ZAPI Cloud.

I tried with latest version of Zephyr, i generated many keys but i didn't connect Jenkins with Zephyr.

Hi Nikola

Thanks for your interest in Zephyr.Please check  the below statements to proceed further with our investigation


1.Can you make sure that the license for Zephyr for JIRA and ZAPI are still valid? Can you send me a screenshot of the Manage Add ons page? 

2.Also, can you try entering the username instead of email id? You can find the username in Admin -> User Management and select the user. 

3.Please ensure you the ZAPI add on in Manage Addons sections has the "Subscribe" button clicked on and active. This plugin needs to be active with a valid license for the Jenkins plugin to work. Have a look at the documentation below as well:

Hi Arun,

I am facing the same problem:

1. I just installed Zephyr for JIRA and ZAPI for Cloud to my Jira Cloud (Trial Version)
2.  Used the steps as mentioned in the document https://wiki.jenkins.io/display/JENKINS/Zephyr+For+Jira+Test+Management+Plugin
3.  Still getting this error "Error Validating Zephyr for JIRA Cloud and ZAPI Cloud"jenkins.png

Please contact our Zephyr support team (24 X 5) by raising a ticket with them.Sign up and Login to our support site "https://support.getzephyr.com/hc/en-us" using your official or organization email id  and use the option "Submit a ticket" to raise a ticket with us and one of our engineers would contact you immediately to help your resolve this issue
