Zephyr - Track test coverage

Peter Dobos October 16, 2012

Link to Stories, Tasks etc

  • Link to any Issue Type - Epics, Stories, Tasks, New Features, etc.
  • Track test coverage

What does "Track test coverage" exactly mean in this case?

I haven't found any special link type or something else to mark a test case to a requirement and haven't found any report about this.

Please help me. Or have I missed something?

Hi Peter,

Tracking connections to requirements and defects relates to the JIRA function of "linking" issues together.

For example, some default link choices in JIRA include "Relates to" and "blocks"

In the administration area of JIRA, ou can also create additional statuses, like "coverage" and link the two items togher.

Thus you can review the coverage of your requirements by viewing the linked testcases.

Kind Regards,
Chris
