Zephyr Testcase Importer 'JIRA Field' column

Hi,

Where do the fields in the 'JIRA Field' column come from?

I can't import test case because my JIRA system is expecting a mandatory 'Affects Version', but I can't see how to add the 'Affects Version' version field to the Zephyr Testcase Importer?

Thanks,

Karl

Hi Karl,

Currently the Zephyr for JIRA tests utility importer does not support importing in Affects Versions. It only imports Fix Version. Is it possible for you to make the Affects versions temporarily not manditory while you import test cases in? Then once as soon as they are in you can make that field mandatory again.

Additionally, our Zephyr for JIRA tests utility importer is open source. This means you can take the tool we already created and adjust the code to meet your needs. We do have quite a few customers who have done this. If you are at all interested feel free to download the source code here:

Kind Regards,

Emily
