ZAPI throwing Forbidden error intermittently

Hi there,

We have been using ZAPI using a in house written client in C# for over 2 years now. We use to update the test case status based on our Xunit test results. Our IT department recently moved our JIRA to AWS and since than our test case updating part is failing intermittently. Out of say 10, 2-3 tests are throwing webservice exception and unfortunately we are not able to get much more details of the error, we just get Forbidden error response.

Any suggestions to resolve this issue? Didn't find any posts where people are facing this issue intermittently like we are facing.
