Would like to use JIRACloud for user account provisioning process, any plug-ins specific for this?

Hello,

We'd like to use JIRA Cloud for our user account provisioning process from inital request to obtaining approvals to creating tasks for team members to say 1. create AD account, 2. create CRM account, 3. create office entry badge, and so forth. Are there plugins specific to create such a process in JIRACloud? Also, would we need to connect to a database to keep user account information such as username, what applications they have access to, etc.?

We're currently using JIRACloud for issue tracking but would like to also use it for our new hire/change/termination process.

Is ther also an integration tool with Active Directory?

We tried and got it working ok using Misc Workflow Extensions, Automation for JIRA Cloud and JIRA Toolkit Plugin.

The email portion was a bit complicated. We were nearly there but the company I was designing this for was acquired and that project stopped.
