Hi Jasper,

Tempo displays only the worklogs of the current user in the Issue view. You can use the "Report" button in the Tempo section to see all worklogs on the Issue in the Issue Timesheet. Please note that to see the worklogs of other users in the Project and Issue Timesheet you need to be in the "Tempo Project Manager"  (https://tempoplugin.jira.com/wiki/display/TEMPO710/Project+Role+to+View+Other+Users) role for the Project.
