Worklog booked in past not showing up in the timeheet report

Hi,

If a worklog has been booked in the past (worklog date entry changed to a date before the creation date of the issue) it does not show up in the report when a jira admin creates report, but the user who created the worklog can see it in the report. Jira admin can see the worklog on the issue's WorkLog tab.
