Worklog approval by project lead

I had research some plugins for jira to approve work logs/ time sheets and they all have a thing in common that dosent fit my needs. 

The approval of timesheets is done by the teal lead and not by the project lead.

In my organization the resources work on issue of multiple projects and their work logs must be approved by the project owner of all the project from all the issue. 

Any of the plugins available on the marketplace handle the work logs like these ?

As far as I am aware it is not possible however, I would suggest reaching out to the add-on providers to discover if it is on their development road-maps or request it as a future feature.

I have the same question. 

We are project organisation and we need approve the time per Project. It means, that every Project Manager has to confirm the time spent on his project.

Is there any opportunity to do it?
