There was no any changes and the plugin works on my cloud JIRA.
I guess that you instance was in process of switching to a new Work Calendar entry and that's why the menu disappeared. Recently Work Calendar was moved to a new marketplace entry and Atlassian team is working on switching users to a new entry.
