We use Checklist for JIRA (okapi). Is it possible, by using Automation for JIRA, Scriptrunner or another add-on, to automatically create a new/extra checklist-item to a already present checklist when creating or editing a issue.

First, which version are you talking about: Cloud or Server version?
If it's the server version, it's possible via ScriptRunner. There are many examples on this forum. However, Checklist also ships with a post workflow function that allows you to do that as well.
